I have had a passion for animals my whole life and I was fortunate enough to be brought up around a variety of domestic pets. I have over 20 years experience in looking after my own dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and cold water / tropical fish. I currently own 3 dogs, the eldest being a Springador called Sasha, a rescue Border Collie called Raven and my most recent addition is another rescue, this time a very nervous Sprollie who I called Havok. He joined us in August 2019 and is settling in beautifully and slowly overcoming some of his fears around people.

I absolutely love agility and have competed with Sasha but she is now enjoying her retirement.  She has done amazingly well and I am so proud of her.  I'm currently competing with Raven who at 5 years old, is in her prime and quickly working her way up the grades.  The bond this creates is just fantastic and we both enjoy the time we get to spend working together.

My first border collie was Odi, a red and white and although we never did agility together due to early onset arthritis and hip dysplasia, he helped me to discover my love of the breed.  He sadly left us in July 2021 at almost 15 years old.  He was a real little fighter and was determined, despite his health issues, that he was making it to old age.

I unfortunately lost one of my dogs in January 2018. Rogue was a very special blue merle border collie who unfortunately developed epilepsy at 15 months old.  We spent a challenging couple of years trying to fight this disease but that was a fight we could not win so I had to make the difficult decision to let her go in January 2018 at the young age of 3 years and 7 months.

I also have 7 cats – Ozzie, Tabitha, Sylva, Inka, Junior, Naja and Poppy. 6 of them are rescues. They are all amazing and have very different characters.

I am an honest, trustworthy and fully insured dog walker, dog trainer and pet sitter offering a friendly, reliable service. I live in an area of outstanding natural beauty so have a vast array of walks to choose from both across open fields or through woodland.

I only use positive reinforcement techniques in my training.
